Returns & Refund Policy

We pray you feel peace and joy with every Glow-Back product. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original condition.

To request a return:
    1.    Email us at orders@theglowback.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
    3.    Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and free of damage to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following are final sale:
    •    Used candles
    •    Opened journals or damaged packaging
    •    Custom or limited edition items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
    •    We’ll send you an email to confirm receipt.
    •    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete a return and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@theglowback.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly make it right.
